Requesting Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please email support@strataintel.com from the email address linked to your account. In your request, specify that you want your account and data deleted.
Send an email to support@strataintel.com with your deletion request.
- Our support team will verify your identity and confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be deleted.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Is Deleted
- Personal information (name, email, profile details)
- Account credentials
- Usage history and activity logs
What Data Is Retained
- Data required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes
- Aggregated or anonymized data not linked to your identity
